As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Specialist who is passionate about marketing and advertising to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, contribute to impactful campaigns, and play a key role in shaping the future of brand storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand positioning, increase market awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on marketing planning, target market selection, brand positioning, campaign development, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and execute effective go-to-market and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team responsible for marketing communications, digital marketing, promotional activities, creative content, and website initiatives.
- Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure campaigns are optimised, delivered on schedule, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Provide ongoing marketing consultancy and strategic recommendations to improve clients' brand performance, market competitiveness, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify market opportunities and support informed marketing decisions.
Skills Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Degree or master’s in marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field
Quick learner and effective problem solver
Ability to multitask, plan, and execute effectively
Strong understanding of paid social ad manager
Proficiency with Google Analytics and CRM software
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
