Office All-Rounder / Administration Assistant

Magic Freeform Benchtops Pty Ltd is a family-owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience manufacturing high-quality laminated benchtops across Western Sydney. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Office All-Rounder to join our friendly team.
This is a varied hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both office administration and practical tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This full-time position offers 38 hours per week plus overtime, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
No two days are the same in this role. You will be involved in a mix of administration, customer service, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with production-related tasks.
Training will be provided for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Drawing benchtop plans using computer software (TOPAZ)
- General administration and office duties
- Preparing basic quotes and invoicing
- Organising deliveries and customer collections
- Packing away laminate and pulling out jobs for production
- Supporting the office and factory team where required
Skills & ExperiencePreferred but not essential:
- Previous experience in an office or administration role
- Experience with CAD or drawing programs
- MYOB knowledge
- Experience within manufacturing or cabinetry industries
You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Own reliable transport (no public transport available nearby)
