Our cleaning business is expanding and we are seeking a reliable, caring/friendly, and detail-focused Level 2 Cleaner/Housekeeper for a Full-Time, Monday to Friday role.
We service two main client types: Airbnb properties and NDIS participants. This role requires an adaptable and friendly individual who can deliver clean and hygienic and well prepared rooms and common areas for incoming travellers before check in time while also showing deep empathy and professionalism when assisting vulnerable community members with essential home cleaning and clothing/bedding washing.
Main Tasks:
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnovers
- Perform fast-paced, cleans between guest stays.
- Wash and change bed linens and tidily make beds to booking size requirements.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces like desks and tables and empty bins.
- Vacuum or mop floors.
- Clean kitchen and bathrooms
- Restock and reorder guest amenities including soaps, toilet paper, coffee pods etc
- Perform routine maintenance, repair work and garden maintenance (change lightbulbs, mow lawn, urgent shopping for complex turnover troubleshooting)
- Reset properties for easy guest access and first impression.
- Report any guest property damage or potential guest experience issues immediately.
- Have polite conversations with guests when you see them.
NDIS Home Cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas for participants living with disabilities.
- Manage bio-cleans safely, including handling and washing heavily soiled bedding and clothes.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and respect personal boundaries.
- Adapt communication styles and conversation topics to match various participant comfort levels and interests.

- Strong time management to meet strict check-in deadlines.
- Exceptional eye for detail and presentation and guest expectations.
- Empathy, patience, and a caring and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Rules and Requirements
- Mandatory: Working Rights in Australia.
- Physical stamina to shift and configure portable beds, carry backpack vacuum, move wheeling bins up stairs, bend, and scrub for long shifts.
- Strict adherence to infection control, cross-contamination prevention, and safe chemical handling.
- A valid driver's licence to travel between locations (you can use your vehicle with a travel allowance or ours)
- Past experience in hospitality cleaning or aged care/disability support is highly valued.
Pay: $1,104.52 per week
