Groundbake Cronulla is seeking a friendly and dedicated Shop Front Assistant to join our team. As part of our community-focused bakery, you'll play an essential role in providing a welcoming atmosphere while serving our artisan sourdough, pastries and traditional breads. If you're passionate about connecting with customers and contributing to a local favourite that's cherished by both regulars and new faces, we’d love to have you help us create a positive experience for everyone who visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Stock shelves and display baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop front
- Support basic food preparation tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
Must have flexible availability & available Mondays, Tuesdays & weekends - no school students sorry.
Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
