Killard Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for immediate start.
Must hold relevant qualifications and have recent employment experience performing the following duties –
· Estimate and monitor construction costs for current and future projects
· Read and estimate technical drawings and specifications
· Prepare costs estimates and project budgets
· Assist with preparation of tenders and tender processes generally
· Identify required materials, manpower and equipment
· Develop bills of quantities
· Oversee construction contracts and progress payments
· Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with budget and deadlines
· Oversee contractual and project variations
· Prepare and present final costs statements and reports on project outcomes
This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of $100,000 plus superannuation.
