About the Role
Join Parcel Property as an Assistant Development Manager and support the delivery of land development projects across our portfolio on permanent, full-time basis from our office in Leederville. Working alongside Development Managers, you'll coordinate stakeholders, monitor project progress and contribute to successful development outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery of land development projects.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and development partners.
- Coordinate project activities and track key milestones.
- Assist with project feasibilities, cashflow management and reporting.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and presentation.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and estate maintenance activities.
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and build strong working relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised development professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in delivering successful property development outcomes.
- Experience within the property or land development industry.
- Proficiency in relevant systems including Microsoft Office and development software such as EstateMaster.
- Ability to coordinate projects, identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet project timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively across a range of audiences.
- Self-motivated, solutions-focused and capable of working autonomously.
