In this role, you'll:
Join a high performing team delivering Transport’s innovation agenda through strategic industry partnerships, emerging technologies and collaborative programs. You will coordinate and support a diverse portfolio of innovation initiatives that create value for customers, partners and the broader community.
You will connect people, ideas and opportunities to enable the successful delivery of innovation programs, projects and partnerships in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Working closely with industry partners, senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate key activities, facilitate stakeholder engagement, prepare high-quality reports and briefing materials, and ensure the smooth operation of meetings, workshops and innovation events.
This is a permanent position based in our Burwood office. There are hybrid working arrangements in place according to our workplace presence policy.

About you
You have exceptional organisational skills, stakeholder relationship capability and attention to detail, developed via experience working in program coordination, project support, administration, innovation, government or partnership-focused environments.
You're recognised as a highly collaborative and proactive coordinator, skilled at building trusted relationships, navigating diverse stakeholder groups and translating complex information into clear, professional communications.
Experienced in supporting programs and initiatives from planning through to delivery, you will bring sound judgement, discretion and a continuous improvement mindset that enables innovation to flourish and partnerships to succeed
