Your Role
In this role, you will provide expert psychological support directly within our clients' communities. You will:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of NDIS participants.
- Develop Strategic Therapy Plans: Implement individualized plans that are directly aligned with client-defined NDIS goals.
- Drive Collaboration: Work proactively with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary allied health teams to ensure holistic outcomes.
- Maintain Clinical Excellence: Manage accurate documentation and streamline NDIS reporting to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
