The role
As the Partnerships Manager, you will identify, develop, and manage partnerships that drive business growth and strengthen our market position. This role goes beyond traditional partnership management – you’ll be creating strategic alliances that drive our growth and differentiate us in the market. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-impact partnerships for both existing and new partners.
Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll focus on maximising the value of current partnerships by driving performance, optimising processes, and ensuring alignment with Credit24's growth objectives. You'll also identify and assess new partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and contribute to the continuous improvement of partner relationships. This role requires strategic vision, innovative thinking, and a passion for maximising the value of partnerships for both Credit24 and its partners.
This role reports into the Head of Sales & Marketing and works very closely with our Product Manager, Credit Risk Manager and Technology Team to ensure a cohesive approach to winning customers.
Responsibilities
Here’s an example of your day to day:
Existing partner relationship management and optimisation: build strong partner relationships and improve the performance of existing partnerships.
Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners, ensuring regular communication and a positive partner experience.
Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion and overall results.
Conduct regular performance reviews and compliance audit with partners and implement agreed optimisation initiatives.
Provide accurate reporting and forecasts on partner performance and activity.
New partnership development and pipeline management: identify and convert new partnership opportunities to support business growth.
Research and identify new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and progress opportunities through to implementation.
Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with prospective partners.
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
Partner implementation and cross-functional collaboration: coordinate the onboarding and ongoing optimisation of partner integrations.
Work with internal teams including Technology, Credit Risk, Product, Legal, Compliance and Marketing to onboard new partners and optimise existing integrations.
Coordinate API implementation activities and support testing and issue resolution.
Work with Credit Risk and Finance to develop tailored partner product propositions, including bespoke offers and pricing approaches that deliver value for both the partner and the business.
Budget and performance management: Support the commercial performance of the partnerships channel.
Monitor partnership budgets, cost per funded loan and ensure activities are delivered cost efficiently.
Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting on partner performance and ROI.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise the value of partnership investments.
Requirements
Here’s what experience we need from you:
Proven experience in the day-to-day management of partnerships in B2B2C space
Experience in building and expanding sales pipeline to drive sustainable growth
Skilled in executing partnership strategies within financial services (preferred)
Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure sustainable agreements
Strong relationship management skills
Proven expertise in partnership management, with a strong track record of delivering innovative, high-impact partnerships in the B2B2C space.
Strong relationship-building and management capabilities, fostering successful collaborations with key stakeholders.
Skilled in leading and executing partnership strategies, with a deep understanding of the partnership landscape; experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
Experience in building and expanding sales pipelines to drive business growth.
Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure sustainable, mutually beneficial long-term agreements.
Highly analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable, growth-oriented strategies.
