We are looking for an experienced and creative Breakfast / Brunch Chef to join our team and help develop our new breakfast and brunch menu.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys creating quality dishes, bringing new ideas to the kitchen, and being part of building a fresh breakfast experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
- Assist with developing and refining new menu ideas
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen preparation and organisation
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the team
About you:
- Previous experience in breakfast or brunch kitchens is preferred
- Creative mindset with a passion for good food
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the breakfast section
- Reliable, organised and detail-focused
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
