We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Health Coach to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with participants enrolled in programs such as HealthierMe, providing personalised coaching, education, motivation, and support to help them better manage their health and achieve their goals.
As a Health Coach, you will deliver evidence-based coaching and behaviour change interventions through phone and digital channels. Using your clinical expertise, you will support individuals living with chronic conditions and health risk factors to build confidence, improve self-management skills, and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Reporting to the Health Coach Team Lead, you'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality virtual healthcare. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract , with the possibility of becoming permanent later on. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with standard hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm and one rostered late shift each week from 11:00am to 7:00pm (likely on a Monday or Wednesday). This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance in the office 2 to 3 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
