We need someone ready to lead, inspire, and keep the good vibes rolling! You’ll be the one to mentor our educators, drive educational programming, and navigate the moments that matter, from providing genuine support to our families to leading meaningful growth and development with your team.

1. Thrive Kids OOSH Coordinator - Grahamstown
- This is a permanent opportunity – part-time working 34.5 hours per week + access to a flexible working arrangement
- Please note: You may be required to work up to 38 hours per week, to attend monthly meetings, compulsory training, parent meetings and 1:1’s as operationally required
- Your core hours are: 6:30am to 9:00am, then 2:30pm to 6:00pm with the remainder of hours used for service administration
- Base Salary Range: $66,490- $78,156 pa based on 34.5 hours a week + 12% Superannuation + Broken Shift Allowance + Retention Allowance + Early Childhood Education and Care Allowance (Paid as Worker Retention Payment)
- You will be working from Grahamstown Public School
2. Thrive Kids OOSH Coordinator - Shoal Bay
- This is a permanent opportunity – part-time working 32 hours per week + access to a flexible working arrangement
- Please note: You may be required to work up to 38 hours per week, to attend monthly meetings, compulsory training, parent meetings and 1:1’s as operationally required
- Your core hours are: 7:00am to 9:00am & 2:30pm to 6:00pm with the remainder of hours used for service administration
- Base Salary Range: $61,672- $72,493 pa based on 32 hours a week + 12% Superannuation + Broken Shift Allowance + Retention Allowance + Early Childhood Education and Care Allowance (Paid as Worker Retention Payment)
- You will be working from Shoal Bay Public School

Please Note: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of OOSH Coordinator has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title. Internally the official title of this position is OOSH Supervisor.
We’re all about putting the right people, in the right role! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Diploma or equivalent in Children Services, Education or related field
- Experience working in a Children’s Services setting
- Experience supervising team members and coordinating daily tasks
- Current approved First Aid in an Education and Care setting and Child Protection Awareness Training qualifications and current CPR certification
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
- Consent to be the service Nominated Supervisor
- Demonstrated computer literacy
