Kissan Smash Repairs is a growing, modern collision repair centre in Ravenhall, Victoria. We specialise in insurance and private repairs for passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles. Position Available
We are currently seeking experienced Panel Beaters and Automotive Spray Painters to join our team. If you are passionate about quality repairs and take pride in your workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesPanel Beater
- Repair damaged vehicle panels and body components.
- Remove and replace damaged parts.
- Straighten vehicle frames and panels using appropriate equipment.
- Prepare vehicles for painting.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Spray Painter
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting.
- Mix and match paint colours accurately.
- Apply primer, base coat and clear coat using spray equipment.
- Perform polishing, buffing and finishing work.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Maintain spray booth and painting equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Spray Painter.
- Trade qualification (preferred but not essential for highly experienced applicants).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work.
- Australian work rights.
