The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Float Legal Assistant to work in our Perth office supporting both transactional and litigation-based practices.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
Diary management;
Preparing court documents and correspondence
File creation and management
Dictaphone typing;
Processing monthly billing ;
File creation and
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the office.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting and have the ability to prioritise tasks and display initiative. Strong attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines will be highly looked upon. This role is based onsite with office hours being 8.30am to 5pm.
This is a great opportunity for a law student with capacity to work full-time who is looking to gain exposure to a variety of practice groups.
