Integria is seeking a commercially minded Procurement Specialist to help shape the strategic direction of the Procurement function through disciplined category management, strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and robust governance aligned to TGA and quality standards.
In this role, you will partner closely with cross functional teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Innovation, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial to deliver sourcing outcomes that strengthen supply continuity, enhance supplier performance, and create sustainable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, engagement, and contract management.
- Develop and execute category strategies that drive value, improve resilience, and reduce risk.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support procurement governance, compliance, and new product development (NPD) activities.
- Deliver cost optimisation, productivity, and supply improvement initiatives.
- Maintain procurement systems, contracts, pricing, and data integrity.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement, Buying, Sourcing, or Category Management.
- Strong supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Complementary Medicine or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications required.
