The Role
As our Online Coordinator, you will manage, create, and update our digital landscape while keeping our backend stock and invoicing systems meticulously organized. This role blends technical know-how with creative execution, making it perfect for someone who loves both the logic of a website and the beauty of visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Website Management: Act as the internal expert for the creation, maintenance, and continuous updating of our website. Ensure the user experience reflects the unique brand of Colourdoor.
- Systems Integration: Manage the ins and outs of both our online platforms and our internal Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring they sync flawlessly.
- Inventory & Stock Keeping: Oversee stock levels, manage product listings, update inventory counts, and ensure stock accuracy across all channels.
- Financial Administration: Accurately handle invoicing, purchase orders, and related administrative tasks.
- Content & Presentation: Use your artistic flair to visually curate online product listings, digital imagery, and promotional assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of proven experience in online coordination, e-commerce management, or website creation.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of website platforms (e-commerce) and internal retail POS systems.
- Artistic Flair: A strong visual eye to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our brand online.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive, driven individual who can work autonomously, problem-solve on the fly, and manage their own workflow effectively.
- Organization: High attention to detail with experience in inventory tracking and invoicing workflows.
