As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be well-presented with excellent communication skills. You will be a team player, flexible with a positive attitude, willing to support the dealership in providing ‘oh what a feeling’ experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Receiving and directly phone calls
Greeting and announcing visitors
Communicating with guests face-to-face, over the phone and via email
Ensuring the presentation of the front office/showroom
Maintaining office consumables as necessary
Carry out various admin tasks for our sales, service, and parts departments
To be successful you will:

Possess excellent communication skills

Be professionally presented

Have experience answering a busy switchboard/telephone system

Be efficient with sound time management skills

Have Intermediate computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, etc
