1) Senior FOH (Award Level 4-5)
- Location: South Yarra, Melbourne VIC
- Type: Part-time (Wednesday – Sunday, Evening shifts)
- Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: From $30+ / hour + Tips
- Saturday: From $37.5+ / hour + Tips
- Sunday: From $45.00 / hour + Tips
- (Superannuation & penalty rates fully paid according to Award)
2) FOH (Award Level 3-4)
- Location: South Yarra, Melbourne VIC
- Type: Part-time (Wednesday – Sunday, Evening shifts)
- Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: From $28.00 / hour + Tips
- Saturday: From $35.00 / hour + Tips
- Sunday: From $42.00 / hour + Tips
- (Superannuation & penalty rates fully paid according to Award)
- Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable
■ Requirements
Senior FOH
- Hospitality Award Level 4-5 equivalent experience (or proven leadership experience in fine dining/Japanese cuisine).
- Strong floor leadership, table section management, and team communication skills.
- Essential: Good understanding of beverage service (Wine, Cocktails, Beer) and RSA certification.
- Highly Regarded: In-depth knowledge of Japanese Sake and beverage pairing.
- Full Australian working rights required.
FOH
- Prior hospitality experience preferred (fine dining or Japanese cuisine a plus).
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and willingness to learn.
- RSA certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Full Australian working rights required.
■ Key Responsibilities
Senior FOH
- Oversee daily floor operations and maintain premium Omakase service standards.
- Guide guest dining experiences with knowledgeable beverage/sake recommendations.
- Support and lead junior floor staff during busy dinner service.
FOH
- Deliver attentive, warm table service throughout the dining experience.
- Assist with table setup, order taking, and guest communication.
- Support senior floor staff and kitchen team during service.
