Seoul Garden Epping FOH
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Seoul Garden Docklands.
Key Sections:
Floor
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Thorough understanding of our menu, buffet, and BBQ concepts.
- Manage floor operations during service.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
Bar
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Understand our drinks menu and ingredients.
- Complete bar opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels.
Reception
- Manage bookings and seating arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and reservations.
- Complete reception opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above (or excellent spoken and written English).
- Available to work a minimum of 4 full days per week, preferbaly able to work Mon - Wed.
- Good understanding of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and food allergies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and professionally.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- A positive, optimistic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A reliable team player who leads by example and supports colleagues.
