What you'll do
The Program Manager is a hands-on delivery role that supports Cartology’s strategic delivery framework. Working closely with and under the guidance of the Program Manager and Transformation Lead, this role focuses on the day-to-day running of programs—tracking actions, maintaining plans and trackers, preparing materials, and keeping delivery moving.
It is an ideal role for someone early in their program management career who wants to build strong delivery foundations across cross-functional programs of work, spanning agency, operational, technology, and AI initiatives. Rather than owning the largest programs outright, you will support them under close direction, learning the craft of program delivery while contributing real value from day one. Over time, and with the support of your manager, the role is designed to grow into broader ownership and more complex programs as your skills and confidence develop.
Ideally, a person should have the ability to conduct structured process discovery through interviews, shadowing, and document reviews to build an accurate picture of current state operations.Assist in preparing and facilitating stakeholder workshops, including capturing outputs, synthesising themes, and translating them into actionable next steps.
Apply structured decision frameworks to help leadership groups reach clear, well documented decisions.
Change management is an area you will be developing in this role. You will assist with our business change management practice, supporting the application of Business Readiness, Change Impact Assessments, and Change Implementation activities under guidance, and building toward a "Developing" change capability as you gain experience.
