The Program is designed to take place in a specific team within our Operations department. You can dive in below for more insights into the available positions within the department. We’ll ask you about your preferred area for your graduate program during the course of your application; however, we may recommend you for a different department.
The Operations Graduate is a development role designed to build future capability across the end-to-end supply chain. The role offers structured exposure across Demand and Supply Planning, Logistics, and Procurement, with a focus on building a strong understanding of how decisions impact the broader operations function.
This role will support the continued evolution of the operations function from a reactive, manual model to a more proactive, system-led approach, with an emphasis on automation, governance, and data-driven decision-making. The Graduate will contribute to key projects and processes while building the experience and capability needed for future growth within the business.
With a high level of ownership, this role will contribute to both day-to-day performance and longer-term operational improvement.
Job Description
END-TO-END OPERATIONS UNDERSTANDING

Build a strong understanding of Demand and Supply Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Procurement.

Learn how operational decisions impact service, cost, and working capital across the supply chain.
-
Build the ability to connect planning, execution, and financial outcomes.
-
Gain an understanding of how operations activities influence Sales, Marketing, and Finance performance, translating operational decisions into clear commercial outcomes.

Develop a system-wide perspective, understanding dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across the end-to-end process.
PORTFOLIO & PRICE, RANGES, DISTRIBUTION AND BRAND MANAGEMENT (PRDB)
-
Support SKU lifecycle management, including product setup, launch, ramp-up, and exit tracking.

Help assess the operational feasibility, cost, and supply chain impact of new product ideas within the Product Portfolio team.

Support the end-to-end coordination of new product launches, ensuring projects progress through each stage of planning and execution.

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Brand, Sales, and HQ to ensure key inputs, timelines, and actions are delivered on time.

Maintain and improve master data, while helping to identify and manage risks related to aged, excess, or obsolete stock.
PLANNING AUTOMATION AND CONTROL TOWER

Support the development and implementation of automation across planning and operations processes.

Help reduce reliance on manual reporting by improving system use, utilisation, and process efficiency.

Help streamline data and reporting processes across planning, inventory, and performance metrics.
IBP / S&OP OPTIMISATION

Build a strong understanding of the end-to-end IBP / S&OP process, including key inputs, outputs, timelines, and decision points.

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks across planning, including handovers, ownership, and data quality.

Support improvements to the IBP / S&OP process to strengthen governance, alignment, and decision-making across the business.

Challenge assumptions, inputs, and system outputs to help improve forecast accuracy and planning quality.

Support alignment between demand, supply, financial, and operational plans across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, DATA ANALYSIS AND INSIGHT GENERATION

Support improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

Drive projects related to automation, inventory optimisation and process improvement.

Analyse operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities across the supply chain.

Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.

Help identify and reduce inefficiencies and manual effort across core operational processes.
Qualifications
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering, and you're able to work full time by January 2027.
You may have developed prior work experience through internships or other positions, and your pursuits are consistently driven by passion.
Proficient Excel skills, with experience using data and reporting tools.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" attitude when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our Graduate Program in Australia, along with long-term working rights (permanent residency or AU/NZ citizenship).
