Arrow Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader – Program Facilitators to join our growing service at The Bentinck in Woodend.
This is a key leadership opportunity where you will oversee therapeutic program delivery, lead a team of facilitators, and contribute as a valued member of the Arrow leadership team. You will play a central role in driving quality, innovation, and positive outcomes for clients in a residential AOD setting.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of program facilitators
- Oversee daily program operations to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery
- Provide clinical and operational guidance in a therapeutic environment
- Contribute to organisational leadership, planning, and service development
- Monitor program resources and manage expenditure in line with budget expectations
- Deliver AOD and mental health specific programs to our residents
- Lead program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with AOD standards, governance, and documentation requirements
About You
You are a confident and values-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in residential rehabilitation or community-based AOD services
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Knowledge of Victorian AOD standards and relevant legislation
- Experience delivering or overseeing therapeutic group programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance clinical priorities with operational and resource management
Qualifications
- Certificate IV or higher in AOD, Community Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Qualifications in allied health, nursing, psychology, or social work are highly regarded
