We are recruiting for a strong, passionate and highly motivated Qualified Educator to join our Mt Claremont Kids Club.
The position is Monday to Friday, working 2.30pm-6pm.
Indigo Montessori believe that in school age care settings, Educators should collaborate with children to provide play and leisure opportunities that are meaningful to children. At Indigo Montessori we recognise that children in school aged settings should have choice and control over their learning, collaborating with Educators to extend their life skills. Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Outside of School Hours Care or Diploma in Children's Services (Education and Care), Certificate 4 in Education Support or Bachelor in Early Childhood or Primary (alternatively ACECQA approved Qualified OSHC qualification)
- A current Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
- Experience in working as a Qualified Educator is desirable.
- Drivers Licence is preferable.
- First aid qualifications and training.
- Anaphylaxis management training.
- Knowledge of child protection procedures.
