At BFT Hoppers Crossing, the Studio Manager is actively involved in the studio every day. You coach sessions, lead the team, and drive performance through presence, structure, and accountability.
We are looking for a strong leader who understands that growth comes from people, systems, sales and consistency. Someone who is comfortable making decisions, having direct conversations, and taking responsibility for results.
Hands-on Studio Manager role leading team performance, culture, and operations in a high-standard BFT studio.
️ Coach BFT sessions while leading from the floor
Lead and develop a high-performing coaching team
Drive studio performance, standards, and growth
Takes responsibility and follows through
Is present, visible, and engaged in the business
Holds people accountable while developing them
Understands performance, numbers, and growth
️ Communicates clearly and consistently
Wants to build something long term
Coach group training sessions weekly
Drive lead generation through social media and studio initiatives
Set and maintain coaching and studio standards
Recruit, onboard, and develop coaches
️ Manage rosters, schedules, and daily operations

Support studio growth through leadership and execution
️ Experience in fitness or people leadership
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence having direct conversations
Ability to stay composed under pressure
Availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
