We are seeking an experienced and personable bartender to join the team at MINX.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages efficiently
- Deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced nightclub environment
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness and stock standards across the bar
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
- Follow RSA, licensing and venue procedures
- Support opening, closing and restocking duties
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience
- Current NSW RSA
- Cocktail and beverage knowledge preferable but we will train your skills up as a part of your employment
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Reliable and comfortable working late nights and weekends
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Must hold working rights in Australia and be available for trial
Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week
