Remuneration and Benefits
- $75,600–$80,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged birth to six years.
- Plan, implement and evaluate learning programs based on the EYLF V2.0 and children’s individual interests and needs.
- Maintain meaningful observations and documentation of children’s learning.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Maintain active supervision, educator-to-child ratios and children’s health and safety.
- Support children’s routines, inclusion, wellbeing and positive behaviour.
- Lead and support educators, trainees, students and volunteers.
- Contribute to critical reflection, service improvement and the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, National Regulations and Bright Bees’ policies and procedures.
- Follow all child-safety, child-protection and mandatory reporting requirements.
Essential Requirements
- ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. A Diploma is preferred for the Room Leader position.
- Minimum one year of relevant full-time experience, or equivalent part-time experience.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF V2.0, NQF and NQS.
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration, or eligibility to obtain it.
- Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain them.
- Required child-protection and national child-safety training, or willingness to complete it.
- Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
- A genuine commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.

Skills in Demand visa (Subclass 482) sponsorship may be considered for suitable applicants under our company-specific labour agreement. Applicants must meet all applicable qualification, experience, English-language, health, character and Department of Home Affairs requirements. Sponsorship is assessed individually and is not guaranteed.
