Key role and responsibilities:
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working within a technology-driven project environment is required.
- Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies.
- Experience in industries like Mining, Resources, Financial Services, or Government is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Draw.io) and notations (BPMN).
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements and project workflows.
- A strong, demonstrable interest in technology, including data analytics, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), BI tools (Power BI), and a curiosity for emerging tech like AI.
