About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our club.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Gym receptionists typically handle customer service, enquiries, bookings, and membership support while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a high level of energy and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and enquiries
- Process memberships, payments, and bookings
- Conduct tours for potential new members
- Assist with sales and member retention
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and club
- Support daily operations and team tasks as required
About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Outgoing, confident, and love talking to people
- Reliable, proactive, and take initiative
- Passionate about health, fitness, or helping others
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
Preferred (but not essential)
- Previous customer service or reception experience
- Sales experience (highly regarded)
- Experience in the fitness industry
- First Aid & CPR
Availability
- Must be available for a mix of shifts (including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays)
- Casual position available
