Reload Media is looking for a sharp, ambitious Paid Media Specialist to join our team. You'll work across the full paid media mix — Search, Social, Programmatic and more — driving real results for a portfolio of exciting brands, in a Google Premier Partner agency that genuinely invests in your growth and gives you the AI tools to do your best work.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll own high-performing campaigns end-to-end: from strategy through to execution, reporting, and optimisation. You'll work closely with clients you'll actually care about, in a team with a clear development pathway and a proven track record of growing people into senior roles.
THE ROLE
Here's a bit of a snapshot of what is involved in the role:
- Nurture client relationships - Serve as a trusted advisor by leading meetings, pitches and QBRs, translating data into actionable narratives, and proactively bringing strategic recommendations before clients ask
- Support across new business pitches - Contribute to sales pitches and growth opportunities where your paid media expertise adds value
- Develop paid media strategies - Develop and execute bespoke multi-channel strategies across Search, Social, Display, Video and more, aligned to each client's business objectives
- Manage campaigns - Build, manage and continuously optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Programmatic to hit performance targets and manage spend accurately across client budgets up to $500k per month
- Testing & experimentation - Design and run structured test-and-learn frameworks to uncover performance improvements and unlock scale
- Data-led insights and recommendations - Leverage first-party data and tools including Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, IbisWorld and GWI to sharpen strategy and inform client recommendations
- Daily innovation - Stay ahead of paid media trends and proactively bring new ideas and channel innovations to your clients
- Use AI to drive both efficiency and enhance thinking - Embrace AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of your strategic output
WHO WE THINK WOULD BE A GOOD FIT
We think the person who would thrive in this role is someone with:
- Minimum 2–3 years of paid media experience, ideally with exposure to multiple channels (Search, Social, Display and/or Programmatic)

A demonstrated track record running data-driven campaigns that deliver real results for clients

A natural people person who loves building genuine client relationships and thrives in a client-facing environment

Confident presenting and communicating skills

A proactive, 'take charge' approach to manage multiple projects and stay on top of your work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Actively embracing AI tools as part of your everyday practice, you see them as a way to do better work, not just faster work

A strong written and verbal communicator with great attention to detail

Agency experience is valued but not essential, we care more about your attitude and outcomes than your background

Familiarity with GA4, eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), CMS tools or data visualisation will be a bonus

We are offering a salary of $85k - $95k + Super ($95,200 - $106,400 inclusive package).
