At Mirvac, we're reimagining urban life through innovation, collaboration and customer-focused outcomes. We're seeking an experienced Digital PMO Lead to establish and lead portfolio governance, planning and performance practices across our Digital function.
This newly created leadership role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our digital investments are strategically prioritised, effectively governed and delivered with clear visibility of value, risk and outcomes. Working closely with Product and Platform leaders, you'll provide the structure, insights and frameworks that enable disciplined execution across a complex digital portfolio.
Your Opportunity
As the Digital PMO Lead, you'll be responsible for driving portfolio excellence across planning, governance, financial management and delivery performance. You'll bring a strategic mindset while remaining close enough to execution to ensure initiatives are prioritised, tracked and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio planning cycles across Product and Platform teams, providing visibility of capacity, priorities and constraints.
- Manage cross-program dependencies and support data-driven prioritisation across the digital portfolio.
- Oversee portfolio financials, including forecasting, budget management and benefits realisation.
- Establish and maintain portfolio reporting across delivery performance, investment outcomes, risks and strategic priorities.
- Develop and embed governance frameworks, delivery standards and best-practice portfolio management processes.
- Provide decision-ready insights to senior leaders and governance forums to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Lead portfolio risk, issue and dependency management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and uplift delivery maturity across Digital.
About You
You will be an experienced PMO or portfolio leader with a strong track record managing complex digital or technology portfolios within large organisations. You'll thrive in environments where you can bring structure, transparency and commercial thinking while influencing senior stakeholders.
We are looking for:
- 8+ years' experience in PMO, portfolio management or delivery leadership roles.
- Experience leading portfolio planning, governance, prioritisation and reporting within agile or product-led environments.
- Strong financial management capability, including forecasting, budget tracking and benefits realisation.
- Demonstrated success establishing PMO governance frameworks and delivery standards at scale.
- Experience managing portfolio capacity, resource planning and cross-program dependencies.
- A strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support decision-making at senior levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, with a focus on value outcomes and investment performance.
