About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to support a client experiencing physical and mental health challenges, delivering respectful, practical assistance with mobility and everyday tasks to promote comfort, dignity, and safety. No community access or driving duties are required for this role.
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry areas
- Deliver comprehensive personal care, including bowel care and manual handling support
- Monitor skin integrity, including pressure areas, and promptly report any concerns or changes
- Offer consistent emotional support through positive engagement and structured routines
Preliminary Roster:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday from 9.30am - 11.30am.
About you
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with physical or psychological barriers
- Willingness to assist with a range of in-home domestic tasks
- Ability to engage clients in meaningful activities that promote independence and skill development
- Current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC
