Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in
Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and credit management. This role involves supporting and enhancing SAP SD functionalities and collaborating closely with business and cross-functional teams. This role is primarily focused on BAU operations, support, and continuous improvement of existing SAP SD solutions.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: AUD 129,311 – 142,018 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Provide expert-level support for end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
-
in a live production environment.
-
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to warehouse and inventory processes.
-
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
-
Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and provide SAP-based solutions.
-
Support integration with SAP S4HANA and other modules (MM, EWM, TM, PP).
-
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
-
Document support activities, configuration changes, and user guides.
-
Train and guide end-users’ consultants on EWM functionalities and best practices.
Essential:-
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
-
Proven track record in support and BAU roles, including post-go-live stabilization and ongoing system maintenance.

Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
-
Experience in Credit Management Configuration and support
-
Good understanding of pricing, billing, and ATP
-
Experience with S/4HANA (preferred)
-
Integration knowledge with MM and FI modules
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.

Preferred:-
Exposure to Fiori apps and S/4HANA environment
-
Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
-
Experience working in client-facing/onshore roles
-
SAP SD certification.
-
Experience in Energy and Utilities industries.

Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).

- Experience leading distributed, onsite-offshore delivery teams
