About you:
You’re passionate about helping others, particularly in the field of physiotherapy, maybe you’re even a physio student! You’re looking to develop your skills and knowledge, and are willing to take on challenges to achieve this. You’ve got great problem solving and people skills, and can build trust and rapport with others, as well as conduct yourself in a professional manner when communicating with clients.

We are a small but growing physiotherapy clinic located in the Lidcombe area, and we are committed to helping our patients go from pain back to performance. We see a range of clients, and provide high quality care and service as seen through our reviews and results. Within our clinic, we have access to gym facilities and a range of equipment to help with our treatment and rehabilitation practices.
About the role:
As a receptionist, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clinic is running smoothly. You will be:
- Completing general reception duties (answering enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing calendars)
- Communicating with patients, doctors, insurance companies, and other parties
- Handling billing, invoicing, and basic admin tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the team with various ad hoc administrative duties
- Keeping the clinic tidy and neat and have all supplies stocked up
Hours: Roughly 26 hours weekly, 7:45am - 1pm OR 2pm - 7:15pm OR 4pm - 7:15pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Lidcombe
Start: July 2026 in our brand new clinic!
