We're hiring a Trade Qualified Spray Painter at our Wingfield, SA site.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing repaired panels by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming for paint application
- Mixing and matching paint colours using spectrophotometers and tinting techniques to OEM standards
- Applying base coat, clear coat, and specialised finishes using HVLP spray guns
- Performing polishing, denibbing, and final detailing to achieve a premium finish
- Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating spray guns, booths, and mixing equipment
- Following WHS procedures including PPE use, safe chemical handling, and booth ventilation protocols
What We're Looking For
- Trade qualification in Spray Painting or Vehicle Refinishing
- Proven experience in a smash repair environment
- Ability to work efficiently to scope without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player
- Full Australian work rights required
