Due to business growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles while maintaining the high standards of workmanship our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault-finding
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the workshop team
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within required timeframes
- Communicate clearly with management regarding diagnostics, safety checks, and required repairs
Skills & Experience
- Trade-qualified Motor Mechanic
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a motor mechanic in the automotive industry
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Pride in your work and commitment to workplace health and safety
