Your opportunity
Working closely with the Senior Manager – Facilities and Asset Management, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of maintenance and asset management services across multiple sites
You will coordinate work orders, support contractors and service providers, manage financial and procurement processes, and maintain accurate systems and reporting. This role is central to ensuring responsive, compliant and well-coordinated service delivery for residents, staff and stakeholders.
You’ll make an impact by
- Manage and coordinate maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking
- Provide administrative support including documentation, correspondence and reporting
- Process invoices and purchase orders in line with budgets and approval processes
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and document control practices
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutes and action items
- Support facilities management systems, including data integrity, reporting and user administration
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement, reporting and business support activities
What you’ll bring
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Current South Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
