Positions available
1 x Full Time Sous Chef
1 x Full Time Head Chef
4 day work week, 3 days off every week
Annual salary, 4 weeks paid annual leave, superannuation, tips
Staff meals provided each day
Job requirements
- At least 5 years experience working within a fine dining or high end restaurant
- Able to manage a small team of chefs and show exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Able to deal with suppliers and place orders
- Must hold the necessary cooking certificate/diploma
- Able to maintain high quality standards, run your own section and multi-task in a busy, open kitchen
- Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce
- High level of attention to detail, punctual and reliable
- Passionate about learning and developing your skills
- Be fluent in English
- Well-presented and professional with an exceptional work ethic and attitude
