Can you carry three plates, remember six orders, and still have time for a laugh with the guests?
We're looking for energetic and friendly Floor Staff to join the team at Il Ritrovo, our new Italian restaurant in Zetland.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Taking food and beverage orders
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Serving drinks and food with confidence
Keeping the restaurant clean and organised
Thriving in a busy dinner service environment
What we're looking for:
✔ Minimum 2 year hospitality experience
✔ Great communication skills
✔ Fast, efficient and well presented
✔ Reliable and team-focused attitude
✔ Available evenings and weekends
Bonus points if you:
Love Italian food and wine
Have bar experience
Bring great energy and personality to every shift
Know how to turn first-time guests into regulars
