BDR (Warm Leads) based in Australia market | Performance-Based
Job Description
We're looking for a confident, high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage with warm inbound leads in the Australian market.
These are not cold calls. Every prospect has already expressed interest in our services and is expecting a call from our team. Your role is to qualify opportunities, understand their needs, identify upsell/downsell opportunities where relevant, and book qualified meetings for our internal team.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys conversations, thinks on their feet, and can quickly understand new products and services.
Responsibilities
Call warm leads who have already engaged with usBuild rapport and have natural, consultative conversationsUnderstand customer requirements and qualify opportunitiesIdentify upsell or downsell opportunities based on customer needsBook qualified appointments for our internal teamMaintain accurate notes in the CRMHand over qualified opportunities with complete contextRequirements
Excellent spoken English with a clear Australian accent (native or near-native)Strong phone presence and exceptional communication skillsExperience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or customer successQuick learner who can understand new products and services rapidlyComfortable handling objections and steering conversations naturallyAbility to identify buying signals and qualify prospects effectivelyReliable internet connection and a quiet working environmentWhat We Provide
