Due to high growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a high performing Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join Autosports Group which is one of Australia's largest prestige and luxury automotive retail groups employing approximately 3000 people across 100 dealerships in Australia and New Zealand.
This role is an ideal mix of sales, customer service and administration and would suit a confident, friendly and ambitious candidate who enjoys working in a team to deliver great results.
Some responsibilities of this role include:

Preparing and submitting new finance applications

Assisting with settlement of new car purchases

100 % compliant with relevant financiers and up to date with accreditation

Continually working to improve the quality and efficiency of systems and processes

Working and supporting other department managers to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
To be considered for this role, you will have:

Previous experience in automotive finance in a dealership with a proven track record

Compliance with all financiers
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriate

Exceptional attention to detail and a highly professional approach

A proven capacity to work autonomously

A friendly, customer service-oriented nature.
