LUSH Digital Fulfilment needs a Team Leader!
We are currently seeking a passionate Team Leader to support our Digital Fulfilment team for the busy season. This is a fixed-term 38-hour per week position, working 7:54am - 4:00pm.
Digital fulfilment is very busy, especially during peak seasonal times, fulfilling all of our customer orders. We are looking for a candidate who can work well under pressure and effectively lead our team to reach their KPIs. If you have strong leadership qualities, work well in a high-pressure environment, and love to motivate others, we want to hear from you!
This position is located in Villawood, Sydney. If commuting by train, Leightonfield station is a short walk away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direction, support and motivation to Digital Fulfilment Assistants.
- Providing any required training to Digital Fulfilment Assistants working in your Department.
- Ensuring the room is a safe environment for staff by immediately acting to minimise/eliminate any safety risks that arise.
- Ensuring that the team understand and is following all procedures.
- Leading the team to reach daily targets and maintain expectations.
- Assisting with other production tasks when needed - we work as a team!
Our Perfect Match:
- Has pick-packing or stock handling experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Has a high level of time management skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Is physically capable of fulfilling the role, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks.
- Has excellent communication skills and can motivate others.
- Understanding and love of working in a diverse team.

Pay: $28.00 – $29.40 per hour
