About the role
TBS Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual MR Truck Driver to join our team based in Badgerys Creek, NSW. As a Casual MR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of our medium rigid trucks, transporting materials and equipment to job sites. This is a casual position with the potential for ongoing work.What you'll be doing
- Safely operate medium rigid trucks to transport materials, equipment and supplies to job sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and any issues are reported promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and drive in a safe and responsible manner
- Assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle as required
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
What we're looking for
- A current MR class driver's licence or Higher
- Previous experience operating medium rigid trucks
- Strong driving skills and a commitment to safe driving practices
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
