Business Analyst | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Epping Head Office
Are you passionate about driving business improvement and delivering meaningful change? We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Transformation Office, where you'll work at the heart of strategic initiatives that enhance the way we deliver services across the organisation.
Partnering with senior leaders, operational teams, technical specialists, and internal customers, you'll uncover business needs, translate insights into actionable requirements, and support the design and implementation of innovative solutions. From discovery through to testing and delivery, you'll play a critical role in ensuring transformation outcomes deliver real value for our people, customers, and communities.
What you will be doing

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.

Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Analyse and improve business processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.

Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to support solution design and implementation.

Support project planning, coordination, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver intended outcomes.

Maintain strong stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will bring
