The primary purpose of this role is to manage the distribution of commercial and consumer general insurance products across the Allianz Commercial Prime Partners Broker Panel.
About the role
- Build and manage strong relationships across the broker panel, partnering with underwriting teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.
- Drive new business growth and retention through effective pipeline management, sales execution, and achievement of profitable growth targets.
- Support and implement sales and go-to-market strategies, leveraging CRM and sales tools to enhance operational effectiveness and performance.
- Monitor broker, market, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and align business development activities.
- Act as a trusted escalation contact for broker concerns, driving timely resolutions and supporting strong team performance and culture.
About you
- Extensive insurance industry experience managing portfolios, with strong sales, negotiation, and business planning capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information, make sound decisions, and provide customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills, supported by technical knowledge of insurance products, legislation, and market practices.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
