We are now seeking a detail-oriented and motivated team member to support our growing immigration services provider.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with our Principal Registered Migration Agent and the team to manage clients and ensure the smooth preparation and lodgement of applications.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and skilled at following up clients, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping applications moving efficiently. This role is suited to someone who enjoys project management and writing submissions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Principal Registered Migration Agent with case preparation and file management
- Preparing documents for visa applications, and ensuring accuracy and completeness for final lodgement
- Drafting visa and skill assessment applications
- Liaising directly with clients, providing updates, and responding to queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Managing critical deadlines and ensuring timely submission of applications and supporting documents
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the migration team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations
- Staying up-to-date with immigration policies, regulations, and industry changes
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Management or a related field
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in immigration services or education consultancy (preferred)
