We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with a minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience delivering enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in one or more leading IAM platforms, such as SailPoint, Oracle, Ping Identity, One Identity and/or Saviynt, and a proven track record of delivering IAM projects in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of IAM solutions across multiple platforms.
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Deliver end-to-end IAM capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, and governance.
- Perform integration with enterprise applications and directory services.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide expert-level support.
- Contribute to project planning, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on IAM consulting experience.
- Strong experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint ISC/IIQ, One Identity Manager, Ping/ForgeRock, Oracle IAM, Saviynt.
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorisation, RBAC/ABAC, and federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Strong documentation, analysis, and solution design skills.
- Relevant IAM certifications preferred; PAM experience and certifications (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) a bonus.
- Australian Citizenship required; existing security clearance highly preferred.
