The Role:
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will:
Prospect and build relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
Manage property listings, from appraisals to settlement
Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups
Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve the best results for clients
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to maximise exposure and impact
About You:
Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
Proven sales track record or strong ambition to succeed in real estate
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong knowledge of the local area is a plus
Professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional service
