In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming produce supply, aligning allocation to customer demand, and ensuring we consistently meet business targets and business objectives.
As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in balancing supply with customer demand in a highly perishable and dynamic environment. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure optimal allocation while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Description:
Monitor and manage incoming fresh produce supply, ensuring accurate allocation across customers
Align supply planning with customer requirements and category objectives
Build and maintain strong, commercially effective customer relationships
Identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional sales and growth
Prepare category reports and undertake data analysis to support decision-making
Stay informed on industry trends and supply developments to identify opportunities
Proactively resolve supply and customer issues
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Collaborate with internal teams across operations, sales, and planning
Skills and Experiences:
3–5 years’ experience in supply planning or customer account management, ideally within fresh produce, FMCG, or a related industry
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven problem-solving capability
Strong commitment to customer service excellence
Ability to analyse data and prepare meaningful reports
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
