The Co-Group are seeking a compassionate and experienced female Support Worker to assist our participant in Auburn. You will be supporting a young adult participant with complex support needs. The participant requires a structured environment, consistent routines, and support with communication and behaviour management strategies.
Shifts required
Tuesdays: 3pm to 8pm, 8pm to 8am
Wednesday: 8pm to 8am
Saturdays: 9:30am to 5pm, 5pm to 8am
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Assist with domestic tasks and meal preparation
- Support behaviour management strategies in line with care plans
- Assist with community access and engagement
- Maintain a calm and positive environment
Requirements

Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
- NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
