We're excited to welcome a Workforce Advisor to our Workforce Advisory team.
This role provides operational employment advice and case management in accordance with the human resource industrial framework, occasionally needing support or guidance from the Principal Advisor or Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide operational advice and recommendations on the management and resolution of employment matters including organisational change, complaints, performance, conduct and discipline.
Provide contemporary and high-quality advice and application of HR activities in accordance with the HR industrial framework in an authoritative and timely manner.
Escalate complex matters to the Senior Advisor Workforce where appropriate.
Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework and external sources to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
Remuneration value up to $134 984 p.a., comprising salary between $108 735 - $118 307 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates: $54.83 - $59.66 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (One Permanent Full time position, 76 hrs p.f., Two Fixed Term Temporary Full Time positions, 76 hrs p.f, for 12 months with possibility of extension and One Fixed Term Temporary Part time position, 45.6 hrs p.f. for 12 months with possibility of extension).
